About Jose

Senior male, married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren, have lived in Sonoma for 29 years, a retired professional looking for child care work. My experience's includes working with law enforcement agencies, courts and Child Protective Services, assisting in family counseling and conducting youth and adult process and education groups also a Sacred Circle Leader and Program Developer for children with special needs. I enjoy working with families who appreciate structure, value education, encourage art in the home and having a playful child-centered environment. I believe in family, respect and relationship building by guided exploration with reading, writing, art and music. I also believe in a humanistic approach to solving issues and I encourage children to challenge themselves.
