We interviewed, met with and checked references for Judy in response to her application to our job posting. We extended a job offer and she accepted. She was scheduled to start a week later. 2 hours before her scheduled start time, she notified us that she would not be coming and that she accepted another offer. While she seemed like a great caregiver, we were very disappointed with her lack of professionalism.
