About Julia

I am currently a rising junior and History major at Fordham University. I am also on the five-year track to graduate with a Master's Degree in Education. I have been tutoring for a variety of age groups and subject areas since I was a freshman in high school, and have babysat for several families since middle school. My experiences have been primarily with younger children ages 2-10. Last year, I was a Mentor for Fordham s chapter of College Mentors for Kids. The program pairs Fordham University students with at-risk first-graders from the Bronx. We met once a week for homework help and fun activities. I am also a swim instructor, teaching children ages 4-7 basic swimming skills every week. I am dedicated, hardworking, and work very well with children.
