About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia. I am currently getting my masters at Rutgers University in Speech Pathology and have a minor in childhood development. In highschool I was the supervisor of a summer camp, where I worked with kids in groups of 12! I then started baby sitting around my neighborhood and then grew my love for working with children which is how I began my journey at Penn State to obtain a bachelors in Speech Pathology. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in building strong relationships with both children and parents, ensuring that every child feels valued, respected, and understood. I am a registered behavioral technician, (ABA therapist) for children with behavioral issues. I do that once a week, so my schedule is pretty available! I am fluent in English and have completed First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am a big animal lover and have cats, dogs, and fish at my house. I also have experience pet sitting.
