Hello there! I am a (fully-vaccinated) 30-year-old young professional currently working from Honolulu. I'm looking for part-time nanny and babysitting jobs to add some spice to my day! I love working with kids. I think they make everything more fun and I love how inquisitive and interested they can be in everything they do, even the most simple of things. In addition to sitting I can help with the kids' homework, light housework, cooking, and cleaning. I worked as a part-time nanny for 3 years for kids 7 and 10 most recently have experience with infants (3 to 12 months old) as well as toddlers (1 to 4 years old).

Julia was with us for the week and she skillfully handled my rambunctious 19 month old and 6 year old with ease. She came prepared early in the morning with suggestions for local activities for the kids (zoo, beach, children's museum), and kept them both occupied and engaged, so they could experience Hawaii while we worked. Professionally, Julia was communicative (always sharing her location), punctual, and responsible. She was proactive in sharing updates and concerns, and was always willing to adapt to any situation. On a personal level, Julia is kind, patient, and trustworthy. She built such a strong, positive relationship with our children, even in just a week - my daughter was in tears when saying goodbye to Julia. My son was so affectionate with her, I knew she had built such a strong bond with both of them. We were able to leave her in her care - without a tear - on day 1, because she was able to build trust with the kids immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend Julia!
