About Julie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest, and hardworking. I like caring for seniors because the elderly have always been my passion. I've worked with seniors since I was 14 when I volunteered in my mom's nursing home. I love hearing stories from "the old days" and how different life was for them. I'm looking for a job that needs per diem help with a loved one. I started caring for seniors when I was 14. I went to college and majored in Community Health and Gerontology. I spent 10 years working in nursing homes and then went back to nursing school and I have been a RN for 15 years working primarily in the acute care setting. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children, watching them play sports. One thing you should know about me is I am honest and trustworthy. I truly care about all of my patients and their health and safety is my utmost priority. My skills include medication administration, wound care and hospice care.
