I was a nursing assistant for a total of six years. Working for Spartanburg Regional Medical Center (General Hospital) and Richmond Memorial Hospital and private duty. My in-laws lived with me and my ex-husband for 2 years. She was 80 with cancer, he was 83 with a heart attack. My father passed with Alzheimer. I worked at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind for 17 years while taking sitting jobs to supplement my income. I had children with seizures, diabetes, vision and hearing loss and many other different disabilities I have a very positive outlook on life. My husband is a pastor so between home health and the ministry I have seen my share of individuals, family and patients to pass while I was with them.
