About Kaile

Hi! My name is Kaile! With over six years of experience in the childcare field, I bring a unique blend of expertise from both nannying and teaching in multiple daycares and preschool classrooms. This experience expands a wide range of ages from infants through elementary-aged children. I have found it to be a wonderful experience to see children's minds and personalities develop over the years, and I believe this fuels my passion for fostering their development with a mindful, nurturing approach, as well as an emphasis on allowing children to express themselves authentically and creatively. Over the years I have taken many courses to expand my knowledge in child development and social-emotional learning, and I hope to go back to school to continue my education by finishing my degree in Psychology. I believe I am a compassionate, trustworthy, dependable, enthusiastic, patient, and creative being. I take pride in what I do, and I hope to build a strong connection with your family!
