Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I am in the process of getting ready to leave my current nanny position and am looking for my next adventure! My previous job as a preschool teacher (10 years) gave me the tools and skills I needed to provide meaningful experiences for children on a one-to-one basis. I enjoy planning fun and educational activities and art projects, singing and dancing, reading and playing! I have been at my current job for 1 year but unfortunately they are relocating. I loved watching their daughter grow from 4 months to 14 months as I care a great deal for the children I watch and love creating strong bonds with them. My previous job was for 2 years with 2 children under 5 and we still get together and hang out! I have my own car with a clean driving record for our many adventures and am also comfortable working with parents that work from home as did my previous two families. Kaitlin has been with our family for ~1 year and if we were not moving we would not let her go!! She has been the most amazing caretaker for our daughter while also integrating seamlessly into our home. She started when our daughter was a baby and was very helpful in getting her on a regular nap schedule, has helped us transition to solids and as our daughter has grown she has structured her day to support her different needs. Now at 1+ they do a variaty of daily activities (reading, arts and crafts, playtime, outside, etc.). Not only is she great with our child, she is so helpful at home! She supports all of the baby chores (Laundry, dishes, etc.) and is just very easy to have around. We cannot say enough nice things about her!
