Hi! I'm Kaitlyn and I've been working with children since 2019. With experience as a special education teacher, a PreK-4 teacher, and as a registered behavior technician, I've had the opportunity to support kids ages 2-18 with various needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children can regulate their emotions, express themselves authentically, and truly thrive. Graduating from FIU with a degree in psychology has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding and supporting child development. I'm very creative and love engaging kids in activities like arts and crafts, sports, and other interests that spark their imagination and joy. Reliability and communication are central to my approach, ensuring that I'm always aligned with the needs and expectations of both parents and children. I'm dedicated to making sure each child feels secure and valued while having fun and exploring their potential.

Kaitlyn is a natural caregiver and any family would be lucky to have her in their home and trust her with the care of their child. She is gentle, kind, and cares for any child she encounters with love. She is very organized, responsible, and respectful. Any child that has the pleasure to learn and grow with her is a blessed one.
