About Kaitlyn

As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I find immense joy in fostering children's growth and development. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. I have experience caring for one to 3 children at a time and am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in educational games and activities that promote learning and development. I am fluent in American Sign Language and conversationally fluent in Spanish. I have been working with children on the spectrum as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for 4 years. In addition to my experience, I hold certifications in First Aid and CPR training.
