About Kalene

I have been lucky enough to be the family member of many animals in my life. I have experience in being a dog's best friend, personal trainer, mom, and health care provider. I also have experience in being a cat's personal peasant, which I find is a quite job, as I have had cats all my life. During college I would babysit the people in my apartment complex's dogs, take them on hikes, feed them, love them and care for them. Most people, without knowing me much at all could sense my love for animals right away and trust me with their little furry children. I do have a joke and say that I love animals more than people, if I could I'd hang with a dog or cat all day rather than a person, I would! I love people too, animals are just so present, loving and truly wise. I have worked on a horse-farm, as well as at a veterinary center as receptionist, animal care-taker and vet technician assistant. I have experience in both the serious aspects of taking care of an animal, as well as the fun aspects. I have experience providing nurturing training for an animal, as well as safe fun. I love going on hikes with a furry friend so any exercise is not a problem at all! Administering medication is not either, since I do have experience in that from the Veterinary Center I worked at.
