About Kara

Hello I'm Kara. I'm a 26-year-old mama to my3-year-old daughter. Currently, I am a licensed Medicare agent, but I am looking to transition back into working with children. While I was in college, I took childhood education courses, which deepened my understanding of child development. I also gained hands-on experience working at an early education center for two years, where I started as a floater and quickly advanced to a full-time assistant teacher in the2-year-old classroom. This role allowed me to develop skills in curriculum planning and maintaining a structured schedule that encourages learning and creativity. Although I transitioned to the Medicare field, I continued to babysit for friends and family, further expanding my experience in childcare. I am great at creating engaging activities and ensuring a balanced routine that keeps children happy and active. I am particularly interested in a position where I can bring my daughter with me.
