Karen is great with both of my dogs. I've hired her for boarding my boys as well as for coming to my home to feed and exercise them. Karen has given medications, handled special dietary needs, and she sends pictures of them relaxed and content. The dogs are always happy to see her and she gives them lots of love and attention. I have complete trust in Karen I'm definitely going to call her first any time I need to travel.
