I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, dependable and trustworthy I like caring for seniors because I believe they need help more than others, and I want to be a part of the % of people that genuinely care for seniors, I want to establish trust with them, so they can feel comfortable knowing I'm there for them and really want to help. I started caring for seniors around 20 years ago while working in a nursing home. I saw so many people that only wanted to be home but didn't have any support, although I helped the best I could while there. I could not totally satisfy them and it was heart breaking. I began working as (PCA) personal care aide in family homes and that was very satisfying as I made so many moms, grandmama and children happy while taking care of their love ones in their homes. Later I worked in Rehabilitation department at the hospital for 10 years. For many years I've had this passionate interest in caring for seniors. One thing about me is I'm honest
