About Karen

I am 52 and looking for work as a tutor for young children. I have two grown children ages 21 and 24. I was a stay at home mother/homemaker and consider it to be the most rewarding part of my life. I spent some years homeschooling them and using non traditional learning methods. My work experiences include Nanny, Music Together Teacher, Elementary Spanish and Music Teacher, and Culinary Associate at The Vegan Nest. My Spanish skills are intermediate level/Basic conversation, but I love the language and desire to become fluent. I have an abundance of patience and energy:) I am allergic to cats and most shedding dogs, but I have 2 non shedding small dogs of my own and consider them to be my best friends:) I am not vaccinated and do not wear masks. I have not been sick in over 10 years as I boost my immune system all year long with natural supplements. I am currently employed part time at Holden Christian Academy as a second grade special needs assistant.
