I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Karen's outstanding care-giving services. For about one year, Karen regularly watched our two young boys who are now 5 & 6 years old. My wife & I only needed someone care for the boys Monday thru Friday for 20+ hours each week. We merely required the caregiver basics: watching the boys, cleaning up their messes, and coordinating nap & snack times. In the end, Karen not only covered our basic needs, she also exceeded our expectations of a caregiver! Her consistent, quality care-giving resulted in a reduction of our daily stress and restored some work/family balance to our lives. Karen helped us create and implement a reward system to positively reinforce good behaviors. As a result of working with Karen, our kids are now: better listeners, more helpful with cleaning & chores, and stronger readers (she helped them with reading & writing every day). Our boys have always been smart, and Karen saw that and helped them blossom!
