I love working with people. They require time, patience, caring, understanding. I have worked with seniors in the past, and I found it extremely rewarding. I have helped people with nutrition and weight loss in the past, I'm an excellent cook, I love helping in the kitchen or meal prepping. Sometimes seniors need a ride to an appointment, or just want to go out and grab a cup of coffee and be around other people. I would love to work for someone who appreciates what I bring to the table. I'm a mother of two adult boys, and I love spending time with my kids. I love dogs and animals. I have an active lifestyle, biking, hiking, yoga, skiing. I meditate daily, and I feel incredibly grateful every morning when I wake up.
