Karen is a natural-born leader and loves to learn. It has been a pleasure to work alongside me at our family childcare. She helps with implementing daily activities and updating the curriculum. She is great with all the kids (ages 0-48 months). She is dependable and is always willing to pick up the slack. She consistently goes above and beyond what I expect. She is a joy to be around, and that transcends her work and love for the kids. I would highly recommend Karen for care.
