I've always had a natural disposition for kids! As the oldest sibling I acquired a lot of experience from a young age. Especially, when my baby sister was born at age 14 I had the opportunity to learn how to care for newborns. I've always been the preferred babysitter among my family. I adore looking after my nephews! As a teacher's aide I strive to help special needs students (Austism, ADD, ADHD, & Down syndrome) meet their potential. I held this rewarding position at a local Elementary school for 5 years. I have a wide range of experience with different age groups and types of children. Thank you for your consideration!

Karen has been a Godsend to our family. She is empathic and caring which is not so common. She is super attentive, smart, punctual, respectful, professional, and extremely kind. She is not afraid to perform duties around the house like dishes, the children’s laundry and obviously picking up after the child. She even helped with taking my dogs in and outside if I was busy. She is also experienced in the ways of child development and is a great teacher! She absolutely loves what she does! She took my son to the library regularly and this helped with his socialization and learning! She has her own vehicle and can run light errands. My son asks for her on the weekends! It hurts our family to see her go due to our job situation and any family she goes to will be so lucky!!
