Postpartum Doula ready to help your family thrive with your new addition! In November 2021 I became a Postpartum Doula through Cappa. I am here to support you in the way you best need. That can look a little different each day- preparing a healthy meal to help your postpartum recovery, organizing changing and feeding stations, helping you with baby-wearing, supporting your feeding goals with evidence-based best practices. Happy to take care of baby so you can get rest, play with your toddler, or just relax a bit. Absolutely happy help your day be you snuggled up with baby with no other concerns! I have a culinary certificate, a background in peer counseling with new and expectant mothers, and experience as a mother myself. I do believe strongly in biologically normal infant sleep so while I have some great sleep support I do not participate in any controlled crying based sleep training. I nannied for several years and I am very passionate about taking care of families!
