About Karla

I am someone who would describe myself as patient, proactive, and organized. I enjoy working with children because it keeps me alert and challenges me to constantly learn and grow. Each child is unique, and they continually surprise you with their thoughts. In a job, I am always seeking a positive environment, as well as a balance between my work and personal life, and recognition of the importance of having time for my activities outside of work. I started working with children a year ago. My first job involved caring for twins from the age of 3 months until they turned 1-year-old. In my free time, I also worked as a nanny for a family with five children of different ages. One thing families should know about me is that I am from Bolivia, my native language is Spanish, and I am currently studying English. The three skills I have for caring for children are that I am patient, attentive, and creative in keeping them engaged.
