Karla is amazing! She is highly communicative, fast, efficient and punctual. "Above and beyond" is what comes to mind when I think of Karla. My daughter's writing skills have improved extremely rapidly after only several weeks of working with Karla via zoom. Karla has been doing weekly grocery shopping and errands for me (i.e. post-office, dry cleaning) this winter. Karla is faster than I am and I'm pretty fast. She has excellent common sense and learns extremely rapidly. Thank you, Karla, you're the best.
