I'd assisted him bathing, physical therapy and speech therapy. I prepared and administered his meals according to his dietary needs. He was bed bound, he was able to recover his strength. I'm experience with patients who are going under a medical condition such as ALS, MS, COPD, Cancer and Hospice, Dementia and Alzheimer's. Karla worked with my mother for a short 11 days as mom had pancreatic cancer and declined much quicker than we had hoped. In the short time she was with my mom she took amazing care of her. In our home every day (she never took a day off) with many family members visiting (emotionally charged days, many of them) she bonded with mom and family, jumping up to get mom anything she needed and trying everything to get her to eat or just to be comfortable. She is a very caring and lovely person, if you need someone to care for a loved one, she is amazing!
