About Katerina

Before the pandemic, I was pursuing degrees in Philosophy and Pre-law with a minor in Education. My wish was to change my program and become a Social Worker. I became a caretaker for my toddler niece and infant nephew. Now that I'm back home (Venice), I am missing the beautiful chaos that is watching kids! I was the head of my school's volunteer program at a local daycare. In college, I was a volunteer at a local youth runaway center. Additionally, I have volunteered at The National Child Research Center, Children's National, and various other organizations. I have been babysitting for +10 years for families with multiple children (ages 5mo-12 yr), worked as a camp staff member, and tutored various age groups, including children with developmental disabilities. There will never be a day your kids sit at home watching tv. I sailed competitively and have experience playing tennis, basketball, soccer, golf, lacrosse etc. I cannot dance or sing. However, that has never stopped me.
