About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, fun and relatable. I like working with kids because they are fearless and compassionate. We have a lot to learn from them! I'm looking for a job that I can build a relationship with the family and be reliable. I like to be able to take the kids to do fun things and get creative at home. I started working with kids when I was in high school and I started nannying the kids down the street. In college, I found a family that needed a regular person on call. I worked with them for almost 6 years. In my spare time, I like to read, bike and do anything outdoors. Mainly hiking, camping/backpacking, and paddle boarding! One thing you should know about me is as a healthcare professional, safety is always at the front of my mind! I love to have fun and be silly but being safe comes first. I'm certified in CPR/first aid and I am a former EMT! I currently work at St. Anthony's. My skills include creativity, energy and empathy.
