My Name is Katherine. I am a Boston native grew up, currently live and work in Hyde Park. I am a Kindergarten teacher for Boston Public schools, and have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy books, outdoors, teaching young children to read, and cooking. I am also a mother of a 6-year-old and have two step children ages 4 and 12 years old. I am great with pets I own two dogs myself. I have 7 years of experience working with young children in grades K0, K1, K2 and 1st grade. Very kind and sweet, easy to work with. Amazing with our 2 year old, she also recognized that our toddler was a little advanced for her age and therefore Kat would speak with our toddler as if she were a little older. It especially helped when she used her kindergarten experience to help guide her approach to our 2 year old.
