Hi, I'm Kate. I am new to senior home care, but as a mom of 3 grown children, and a caregiver to elder parents, I understand how important it is to have reliable, friendly help. Whether its a trip to the grocery store, a pet to the vet, or a game of cards, I provide active companionship and assistance with all day-to-day needs. I have a newer mini van and can provide transportation to errands and doctors appointments. Light housekeeping, meal prep, and other household duties are certainly acceptable. I have a background in physical therapy and I have worked with heart patients, diabetics and amputee patients to improve their physical mobility. I understand that accepting care can be difficult for adults who are beginning to lose their independence. My goal is to help where needed while respecting the dignity of the individual. I hope to be a cheerful friend that your loved one will look forward to spending time with.
