About Katherine

I am 26 years old and have grown up around children with my mother running an in-home daycare throughout my childhood. I have babysitting experience for several families with children ranging in age from newborns (2 weeks) to 13 years old. During undergrad, I was a nanny for a family with a 2-week-old boy and a 2-year-old girl with ASD. In addition to taking care of the children (feeding, changing, bathing, etc.), I was responsible for light housekeeping, grocery shopping and some meal prep. While pursuing my masters degree I nannied for two girls, ages two and five. I have also worked as a camp counselor at a special needs child summer camp. I love being around children and I am confident in my abilities to be both responsible and fun-loving. I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
