About Kathleen

I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring and nurturing. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy their company. I like caring for people. It's rewarding for me. I'm looking for a job that helps people. I started caring for seniors when I worked for a professional cleaning company and one of our elderly clients needed home care. I helped take care of Marci 3-5 days a week, preparing meals, personal care and errands. In my spare time, I like to bake, cook and garden. Spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I was married for 20 years and the last 13 years of my marriage I was the main caregiver of my husband who suffered from primary progressive MS. He was in a wheelchair and had limited mobility. It's how my caregiving journey began. My skills include housekeeping, cooking and caring.
