From Start to Finish Kathy was amazing. We set up an initial meet and greet with my at the time 3 month old Puppy. When she first met him, she got right down on her knees to be on the same level as him! She has always been punctual, had good communication with me, and went up and beyond in this job role. Needless to say I would highly recommend her to anyone! Although my puppies potty training is complete (now 1 years old), she will be my go to for My puppies needs for years to come. 5 Stars.
