About Kathryn

Growing up with cats, dogs, horses, and a rabbit, animals have always been a part of my life. In middle school and high school, I volunteered with various animal rescue and rehabilitation organizations, caring for abused, neglected, and sick animals on their way to recovery. During college, I started working as a pet sitter and dog walker for a professional company in the DC area. For almost three years, I worked happily with 10-30 clients at any given time, until I left the area to further pursue yoga. I have helped families integrate and raise new puppies into their personal and/or current pet's routine, I have helped clients with older dogs comfort their loved ones in their final days, and I have been there over major holidays to ensure my client's favorite furry friends were taken care of just as they should be while their family was away. Each opportunity that I am given with animals is a joy for me, and I enjoy giving peace of mind to pet owners who want the most loving care!
