*Currently just looking for a summer time position, until school starts back up in Sept. Will then just be available in the evenings during the school year.* I love working with children. I am an energetic, caring and loving person. I am responsible, always on time and dependable. I graduated from Temple University and received my teacher certification in both elementary and special education. I have been a childcare provider for numerous families- children ranging from the age of 2 months to 13 years- for 20+ years. I substitute taught at a Montessori school, worked at a preschool facility as a Kindergarten teacher and am currently working at an elementary school with special needs students. I'm comfortable looking after children of all ages, as I have had a great deal of experience with every age group.

Where do I start? Katrin is an amazing nanny! She has been with our family for the last 8 months now and I couldn't be without her! She is our Mary Poppins! Katrin has an amazingly calm nature which is needed to keep my three kiddos (18 months, 3 years, 5 years) in line! I'm often in awe of how she handles them. Katrin is extremely dependable, punctual, open to direction and handles suggestions and constructive criticism very well. Having an education background is a huge plus as she can help out with homework. She is also creative and comes up with a lot of activities to engage my non-school age children. As a working mother, I feel very confident leaving my children in her care. Balancing the schedules of three young children definitely has its challenges and Katrin keeps things running smoothly. She has quickly become more than an employee-she has become a part of our family! I must also mention, that despite all of my best efforts, she has succeeded where I have failed. She has gotten my kids to eat vegetables! Katrin would be a wonderful addition to any family!
