compassionate, helpful and creative. To see a child have an "Aha!" Moment is the best part of working with children. To look back at where they were and what they've accomplished makes me feel so fulfilled. I started working with kids when I was 12. I babysat a child with autism who was such a sweetheart. Since then, I've gotten a bachelor's degree in elementary education at Indiana University and have worked in early childhood at Dayton Children's Hospital. I can't imagine myself working in any other field. I like to play video games, read, and do taekwondo One thing you should know about me is that I have Level 1 Autism and Chron's Disease. Despite this, I make the best of every day. Differentiationis my strong suit. Every child deserves a caregiver that can meet them where they are. My knowledge of child development helps children meet their goals. I have experience with many age groups and have developed strategies to improve social-emotional learning among children.
