About Kayla

I have a deep love for working with children and have an extensive background in both childcare and art education. As a babysitter and nanny with 10 years of experience, I have worked with families with babies as young as 2 months old, as well as older kids and young teens. Alongside my childcare experience, I also taught an after-school art program at a children's art studio. I spent over 5 years there teaching sewing and other crafts to kids between the ages of 3 and 15. Furthermore, I minored in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies at NYU, where I gained a psychological and developmental perspective, which I keep in mind while being around kids. Being passionate about working with children, my ultimate goal is to be a supportive and loving figure in a child's life.
