Kaylan was the first regular non-family caregiver for our infant son, who was then four months old, and we couldn’t have found a better person for that job. She was extremely attentive, responsible, responsive and quickly learned our son’s routine and needs, including incorporating outside nature time at our request. Most importantly, they formed an instant connection and we believe she was a positive influence during his early months.
