My duaghter was about two months old when we first hired Kaylie. The first day Kaylie took care of her, I walked in to her singing and signing to my daughter. She was always incredibly attentive, caring, and responsible with my baby. She constantly looked for enriching experiences for her (going to parks or art museums, making art, etc.). Knowing my daughter was going to be well cared for and have such good experiences made it a lot easier to be at work.
