About Kelly

Hello, my name is Kelly and I am currently a licensed elementary teacher in the state of Massachusetts. I am licensed to work in grades 1-6 in general education classroom in MA. I also am working on being a licensed ESL (English as a Second Language Teacher) teacher in public schools. I hold a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate from Bridgewater State University. I work as an elementary science teacher for grades 2-5 in New Bedford, MA, but I have experience teaching all subjects. I completed my student teaching in a 3rd and 4th grade classroom where I taught reading, writing, math, social studies and sciences. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bridgewater State University, where I studied elementary education and biology. I am currently working on my Masters of Education from UMass Amherst online. I have been tutoring and nannying children for over five years, and I have worked with students from ages of 4-13.
