About Kelsey

With an empathetic, perceptive and industrious approach, I work with children to create and environment of safety, creativity and development. I began at age 12 as an assistant dance instructor working with preschool and toddler age children. I went on to work at multiple daycare centers, a high school where I was a teacher's aid, and culminating as the caregiver to my parents and as a private nanny to newborns. As the primary caregiver for my parents, I honed empathy, patience, and adaptability-traits vital in childcare. I foster an environment where children feel seen, heard, and encouraged. My goal centers on creating a nurturing space aligned with the parents' vision- believing collaboration ensures a consistent approach to the child's upbringing. Beyond childcare, my creative interests include photography, writing, and interior organization and decor. With care, mentorship, and with tenderness I aim to positively contribute to both the children's lives and childcare setting.
