We interviewed Kelsey to be a nanny for our newborn daughter. Kelsey was polite and overall likable, however portrayed herself to be very confident (perhaps overconfident) in her experience. Ultimately, our schedules were not compatible, however our frustration with Kelsey is that she stopped communicating with us (without notification) while we were discussing the contract.
