We've been working with Kelsi full time since September 2021. She is punctual, dependable, organized but that is just the baseline of what you can expect from working with her. She is thoughtful, creative, nurturing, and so caring with not just 2 year old and with the other little ones that we have welcomed into our home as a nanny share. I work from home so I hear it all. They're collapsing from giggles, having fun all day, reading books, going for walks, going to the park, to the river to collect rocks. Kelsi takes our kiddo on every kid friendly adventure she can think of. Every week she has new activities to share with her, from crafts using leaves and flower petals from the garden, to making kites to fly themselves, playing in the sprinklers, and so much more. She has so much more to offer the little ones she cares for - it's not just a job to her. Not only does she do a great job of caring for our kids, but she's a great person and fun to be around.
