About Kendra

I'd describe my personality as goofy and artistic. I like working with kids because it's never a dull moment when working with them. At a very young age, I knew that my career would be centered around working with kids. My experience with kids started as being an older sister to my two younger siblings. I would watch them when our parents would go out, after school, and during school breaks. My experience continued to grow as my older siblings had children of their own and they trusted me to watch and care for my nieces and nephew as infants and toddlers. Today, my experience continues to grow working part-time as a Camp Counselor (a. 9-17) and full-time as an Early Childhood Intern (a. 0-3). I enjoy doing arts and crafts, listening to music (sometimes dancing to it.), cooking/baking, and playing games. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I'm able to perform household tasks if needed. Some soft skills include empathetic, passionate, and attentive.
