I had hired Kiara and she was going to start Monday, we agreed on everything, the Saturday before her start date she told me she is going to work for another family. it was super frustrating after we agreed on everything. she is a super sweet person, and great to talk to but I do feel she shouldn't have accepted a job if she had other opportunities.
