Greetings! My name is Kimi and I am currently looking for weekend/date night babysitting jobs. I am an Ohio native, and graduated from UTC with a bachelor in mathematics/STEM education. While I am currently in consulting sales, my first career was math education, so I'd still love to help out where I can! My two passions are helping people, and caring for others. I love a wide variety of activities that would help build rapport with your children, and help children learn. Anything from outdoor activities, puzzles, sports, movies, reading books, or playing house, there is a learning opportunity in any fun activity! I also LOVE pets, and have a dog of my own. Everything was perfect interview, personality, and interactions with my son. Her communication could have been a little better but she did have other prior commitments so it was understood. Hired her sent a schedule a week in advance. The morning of Day 1 sent texted me 1 1/2 hours before she was expected to start to inform me that she wasn't coming due to a personal issue. This issue I feel should have been caught in advance. Her not showing up resulted in me having to call out and miss several days of work. Because I had already made my schedule with the idea that I would have help. She did apologize but the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and put my job at risk.
