I worked with a family from care. com in the past with a 5yo and a 2yo. Before that, for about 6 years I worked in group home for people with mental retardations. I was a direct care professional that's when your a nurses assistant and do all the grunt work. Ideally I would like to find a family that is comfortable with me having my child with me while I help with yours. I've realized in my short 2 years of motherhood that it does, in fact, take a village, and we would love to be apart of yours. I started working with kids when I was freshly graduated from high school. I happened to be the last of my friends to have a child, so at a young age, I was assisting young single mothers raise their little ones. I now have a 22-month-old.
