Hello! I'm a 26-yo recent college grad (BA Spanish, BA Physics) and full-time environmental scientist looking to tutor or teach Spanish. Most recently, I taught Spanish language and grammar to kids K-5 at Baywood Elementary School, a Dual Language Immersion school. Additionally, I have experience volunteering at Pacheco Elementary school, a bilingual institution in SLO, as a Teacher's Aide. In these roles I crafted lessons in Spanish word work, grammar and fluency, helped students with activities/lessons in both English and Spanish, read to students, corrected homework and worksheets, and answered questions. I spent a year living in Mexico, so I have a strong background in Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and literature. I would be able to provide supplemental assistance to a student in Spanish classes, or could provide introductory level Spanish lessons. Additionally, I have a good general science and math background, so I could help out in those subjects as well.
