Knalicia was very communicative. I like to check in a bit more than normal and she was very understanding of that and made sure I knew what my kids were doing all day. She made them a hot lunch and cleaned up a little which I let her know was up to her because I had sandwiches made and cleaning wasn't a requirement but she didn't choose the easy route! She is great with kids and you can tell it is something she has done before by the way she is able to make sure they are getting there things done but in a loving way. If my kids asked for her again (which is rare) she did something right!
