Kristen was excellent with our kids. She listened to my input, and at the same time she was confident in her own abilities and just sort of “jumped right in”. She didn’t hesitate to put the baby down for a nap when needed. She also brought fun activities to do with our 4 year old. We only stopped using her because of a change in location. Otherwise, we’d have kept her as long as we could.
