Experience and Responsibilities: * Medical knowledge of Multiple Myeloma, Amyloidosis, CHF, MS, COPD, Arthritis, Parkinson's and more * Research and purchase home health care products * Research clinical trials and various treatments * Accompanied patient to Mayo Clinic for second opinion * Assist, organize and manage medication and injection administration * Observe and report changes to family and medical professionals * Measure and record vital signs * Monitor and encourage food intake * Transport to and from doctor appointments * General tidying and light housekeeping * Preparation, serving and clean up of simple meals * Run errands to support patient and family Ensure that I will care for your loved one as if they were my mother, father, sister, brother, etc.
