About Krystal

Hello! I'm Krystal, a mother of five & experienced educator looking to join a family to help your children grow & develop! I enjoy engaging children with activities such as: foreign language, art, sensory, outdoor play, & cooking. I have over 10 years of experience working with children from various backgrounds & different needs as a teacher & babysitter. In Puerto Rico I worked with sick & special needs children as a volunteer when I myself was a child. Following that entering into adulthood, I began working at a summer camp providing a structured & safe learning environment filled with fun activities. Flash forward to Virginia many years later &I was able to reconnect with my love for educating children: I have been here for 15 years & have worked at two centers. During this time I've worked as as a Spanish teacher, an infant/pre-K teacher, center cook, & summer camp teacher! I am someone who enjoys the beach and being with my family! I also love to cook and fill peoples bellies!
